Hungarian Bean Soup
This is a cold bean soup my grandmother makes that my family calls Endaschlungane Bundluch. I've search high and low for a similar recipe to confirm that this is a Hungarian recipe, but I haven't found one, so this could instead be Jewish, though my grandmother believes it to be Hungarian. It's a simple cold soup of sour cream, vinegar, green beans, and potatoes.
