Lamb and Cauliflower Salad
Lunch today ..... Mixed leftover roast lamb ... and extra cauliflower cooked al dente last night and placed in the pot thats sits in the fridge with olives , peppers oil and vinegar etc in it ( it stays crispy this way ) I mixed the with olives and red pepper from the pot , they brought enough oil and vinegar with them to dress. Scatter with fresh flat leaf parsley from outside the back door . Served with pita bread . Looks exotic but pretty seasonal and a great way to eat cauliflower blogged
