Watercress , Roasted Butternut Squash , Stilton and Walnut Salad
Just a fantastic combination for colour and taste. Roasted butternut squash ( thickly slice and place on a oven tray at 180degC for 20 minutes - ) mix with watercress leaves , chopped toasted walnuts and crumbled stilton cheese . Dressed with honey salt pepper & balsamic vinegar
