Oh my god. This sandwich is probably the greatest thing I've eaten in a long time. Served on garlic jalapeño cheese bread, with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and just a touch of gravy, this was really unbelievable. The roast was fork tender, and seasoned perfectly.
