rollitos de guacamole (guacamole rolls)

This may be one of the most brilliant appetizers I've ever seen. We got these at Sabor Michoacan on N. Clark St. in Chicago. They are flour tortillas, filled with guacamole, rolled up like an egg roll or burrito, and then fried. They are served with a light salsa composed of a citrus juice base (tasted like orange, didn't have the color, though) and chopped jalapeño, onion, tomato, and cilantro.

They probably shortened my life by a year or two, but they were totally worth it.
