Rocket, spring onion, passion fruit, pommegrante and artichoke salad. Dead easy to make: wash rocket, with tea spoon prize out pom and passion seeds onto leaves, get some of the artichokes out, plus a bit of the oil they come in, add the spring onions - mix up and serve. sweet but earthy.
