incomplete korean meal

    seasoned soybeans (kong jang), acorn jelly (dotorimuk), squash pancake (hobak jeon), kimchi. and of course rice with black beans. the kimchi and soybeans were made with help from maangchi. (:

    incomplete because the colours are imbalanced. i think it needs some more white or green...

      It looks very healthy and humble meal! When you have this kind of lunch or dinner, you will never worry about gaining weight!

      thanks, maangchi! as you can see, my acorn jelly is still not turning out quite right... it falls apart too easily! maybe i need to cook it even longer. ):
