      From left to right, adult female, adult male, female nymph. There is a smaller stage in their life cycles too. Awesome macro shot of the commonly known deer ticks :)

      Just got back from the Highlands and found one on me! Only 2 insects i cant tolerate ... ticks and mozzies!

      Likewise Tim! I try to do as little harm as possible out and about, but bloodsuckers - they have to take their chances with the swatting hand!!
