More than 1,000 people from different parts of Quezon province trooped to the Quezon Provincial Hall to ask the provincial board members to withdraw the resolution of support to the proposed 1200mw coal plant in Atimonan and expansion of two existing coal plants in Mauban and Pagbilao.
