A few villages in Pratapgarh get their 8 hours of electricity from windmills. Locals skeptical about wind turbines are now demanding new wind mills to be set-up. Residents from villages of Beethadi and neighbouring villages participated in an awareness programme on 10/11/12, the day of action, asking the officers of Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corpn. Ltd. to come up with similar projects in their villages as well.
