Pumpkin-Reese's Ice Cream
I love my ice cream maker! It's an attachment for my beautiful grape-colored KitchenAid stand mixer so I don't feel like I've added a gizmo to the kitchen. It churns out ice cream with the perfect texture and it's impossible to botch a batch.
I haven't tried out a sorbet recipe yet, but this ultra-fattening fresh pumpkin and Reese's Pieces (Henry's idea) batch was sure delish.
