1 onion, chopped 4 habanero peppers, blanched in vinegar 1 C distilled white vinegar 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp Jamaican allspice 1.5 tsp "Jamaican jerk" .5 tsp ginger 1 Tbl molasses 1 tsp salt Throw it in the processor. Let the flavors develop for a week and enjoy
