lobster with black bean sauce
Honestly, this is more work than I'm usually looking for when I go out to eat. But when you wrestled a meaty chunk of lobster meat from the shell it was worth it. Sweet and succulent. Perfectly cooked. And the black bean sauce is fantastic.
