Smokehouse makes a wide assortment of cured meats. All the labels are in Russian so I have no idea what any of it is. They also make some mysterious desserts and some miscellaneous mysterious entrees. This is a chicken cutlet. Very good. The accompanying relish is excellent and it just happens to be a perfect match. The relish is from WilDen pork at the Shaker Square farmers market. Finally, the salad is from a farmer who sells produce at the market.
