I've never had anything but great food at La Mexicana. And every time I go, there's a different special. It's almost too good to be true.

 

There was an unfamiliar ingredient. Do you know what it is? Check the photo notes to see what I'm talking about. The texture was soft, presumably from having been stewed for a long time but there were small black seeds that were still quite hard.
