Every time I eat at Moxie, they have a new dessert. This was delicious. The little shortbread cookies were great, too.
According to Wikipedia, this was a pretty standard Charlotte. Sponge cake, custard, raspberry gelatin.
Cold and lemony. It was crisp and refreshing. Another fantastic dessert.
