Match Spring Punch

Tonights cocktail is a celebratary one, invented at one of my favourite bars Match Bar/

A sensational blend of fruit, vodka and champagne great for any party or new year celebration.

 

Match Spring Punch

 

1 part vodka

3./4 fresh lemon juice

1/2 framboise

1/4 casis

1/4 raspberry syrup

1/4 syrup de gomme

2 parts champagne

 

shake first six ingredients over ice and and strain into tall glass full of ice and top up with champagne.

 

Garnish with fresh berries of choice.
