Gnocchi and roasted tomato and pasta sauce

I did this for the February Cooking Club Challenge on foodtv.ca

 

I was quite excited! I've never had, let alone make Gnocchi. Needless to say, I think we'll be making this again. It turned out quite lovely, and the children loved the Gnocchi a lot. I think I would use less nutmeg and more pepper. As for the Roasted Tomatoes... ooooooooooo that was a heavenly scent wafting through my house! It would be nice for Brochette (sp?) as well. I have a feeling the few left overs won't make it til tomorrow!
