couch hexagon patch

    Newer Older

patched up the cat scratching post! We bought this couch from Hart's Fabric in Santa Cruz around 12 years ago (when my husband and I got our 1st apartment), it's probably time for a new one but we figured we'd make due until our youngest was a little older.

very clever stuff! Your cat won't use the lovely hexes to scratch now, would she?

Ha! Our cat who did the most damage has passed on, I have threatened the other 2 w/ no warm lap naps if they touch it!

Terrific Idea! Did you hand stitch them on?

Great solution! Our cats enjoy scratching our couch too, little terrors!
I tell them "NO!" and take them over to their scratching pole, but they just don't seem to care, I mean, they own the place, right? LOL ;-)

My sweet little dog bit and tore my couch. She has never been destructive before. May have to try this. It looks much better than the hole.

You should have sewn patches of sandpaper on there for your cat! lol
