Morning Regimen
So this is my morning vitamin regimen. Vitamin D 50,000 IU (on Sun and Thu - I missed it yesterday so taking it today), an 800mcg folic acid, an acidophilus probiotic (twice a day), 2x500mg calcium citrate (need one more pair today), and a water-miscible vitamin A/B/D/E/K (need 3 more). Not pictured, I take a multi-vitamin 3 times a day as well.
