The Wedding Cakes
Incontesta's mother, my dear mother-out-law and award-winning cake decorator, made our wonderful cakes. On the left is the four-layer lemon pound cake with English-style rolled fondant icing (there was some very intricate small decorative work on each layer with musical notes that doesn't show up very well in the picture). On the right, a three-layer chocolate cake that was to die for!
