This is what all state highway shields in the state should look like. Look. The design is made so that series D digits can be used with all combinations of digits (there's an accompanying two-digit variant, of course). I'm trying hard to see if Utah can adopt this style, and this style alone. You see, there have been several styles in the past ten years, and it's made Utah look very inconsistent in its state highway signing.
