Monkey Business, The Gambia
I enjoyed a couple of days getting lost in the trails of the Monkey Forest in The Gambia. Part of the forest is currently being developed and apparently a lot of the monkeys have now left. There are still a lot of them around however and they are very tame (especially with the aid of peanuts). Hopefully there will still be enough room for them to roam in the years to come.
I used a wide angle lens to get up close and personal for this shot. The experience gave me an increased respect for nature photographers, it's no easy feat. Bijilo Forest Park, Serrekunda, The Gambia, West Africa.
