Fixer - upper??? Hmmm.....

I can remember not that long ago when this house was pretty much in "move in" condition.... it's a real tragedy. I guess the owners had what I call "money problems" - they either didn't have enough money to fix it up or maintain it; or they had so much money that they just didn't care. Well, I guess there are a myriad of other reasons why some folks can just sit around and let a fine house rot.... but dammit, it's really a travesty. In my humble opinion, anyway.

Ok I'm done fussing... for now. :)
