Sprokiesboom

Moringa ovalifolia

Taken just over two years ago in the southern Namib Desert. The common name is Afrikaans and means "phantom" or "ghost" tree. They are found in the most arid parts of the Namib and there's even an area in western Etosha National Park called Sprokieswoud (The Enchanted Forest) and really evokes an eerie feeling driving through.
