I don't usually cook a proper meal on weekdays, but I was craving salmon and I found fresh fillets at Trader Joe's. I also found a recipe online for what could possibly be the best salmon recipe I've ever tried. I was a little sketchy about the brown sugar, but combined with the lemon juice it was perfect.
