Time is based on where you are, here is a brain teaser
Here is a brain teaser:
The moon to rotate 360 degrees on its axis takes 27.32 Earth days
If you were standing on the moon, then a day is the amount of time between two sunrises/sunsets:A lunar day would be about 29.5 Earth days.
One year takes about 365 earth days to rotate around the sun. Or 12 moon days
Talk about confusing, how long would a minute , hour, Month,or a year.. be calculated on.
here is a rough guess,
So one day on the moon would be 43200 earth minutes.
1 hour would be 1800 earth minutes or 30 lunar hours per day
1 minute would be 30 minutes earth minutes
1 second would 50 seconds on earth
1 month on the moon would be 3 lunar day, If it you wanted it to have 4 seasons.
One year takes about 365 earth days to rotate around the sun. Or 12 moon days
Q day is equal to a solar earth month, how long is a moon(lunar month) or is there one?
12 moon days would =1 year.
Anyone want to give it a try? (Use 29.5 earth days as 1 moon day to do your calculations)
so if you are 30 years old on earth, you are still 30 lunar years old on the moon
Days are not a factor, because a lunar day and earth day are different, but a year remains the same.
Jupiter spins faster then the earth or moon, a day on Jupiter is only 10 hours long, but it takes Jupiter 12 earth years for 1 Jupiter year to rotate around the sun.
So if time is based on the sun, and God says a day to him is like a thousand years to us..He must be very far from the sun..lol
