My uncle Richard is a great man. He is the top artificial cow inseminator in the North Midwest, including Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and both of the Dakotas. When I was young he took me out with him for a "day at the office". When we got to the first job or farm, he pulled out this large stainless steel contraption from his lock box in the back of the truck and opened the lid. Fog rolled out on to the bed, then he placed a can of beer on a steel ladle type of thing and lowered it down in to the steel contraption, held it there for 15 seconds and then pulled it out, popped the top and drank it down. He's a great man for teaching me the subtleties of Hair of the Dog, and giving me the courage to define my own fashion.
