    Mold-A-Rama is a brand name for a type of vending machine that makes blow-molded plastic figurines. Mold-A-Rama machines debuted in late 1962 and grew in prominence at the 1964 New York World's Fair.] The machines can still be found operating in some museums and zoos.

    This version is a scaled down replica of the original. It runs on a 5 motor LEGO Mindstorms NXT system.

    It won for 'Best Use of NXT' at this years BrickCon in Seattle

      The same day I saw this a BrickCon, I found two working molding machings at the Seattle Center Science Museum! Love those machines and love what you built!

      Thank you for building and sharing this! Creations like this make me appreciate the LEGO hobby just a bit more knowing there are builders out there creating mocs that push the envelope further and further. This hobby is limitless.

      My original intent was to build a cartridge with a greater capacity, but then everything would have to scale significantly larger in the outer frame ( too big to travel with )
      I would have had to use something like treads, which Mindstorms has a hard time tracking effectively.

      p.s. Don't tell anyone how it works... ninjas will stab you ....
