citronpeppar!
i finished my last bottle of swedish citronpeppar. of course you can buy pepper with lemon flavours in holland too, but it never tastes the same as the swedish one, so i decided to make my own. it was so easy! i just took a look at the ingredients and did not have to buy anything new. i put the ingredients (salt, black pepper, citric acid, and garlic powder, in that order, so the citronpeppar actually contains more salt than pepper) in a mortar and started to crush the stuff and adjust it until it tasted exactly the same as the swedish citronpeppar. mission completed. great, because i use it a lot and won't go to sweden for a while
