I have two closets in my room, very large kitchen with dishwasher and

4th Floor Elevator, Doorman Condominium

Yes, very large windows in all of the rooms

Laundry in my apartment unit (in the kitchen)

Not many in the direct vicinity, need to walk 5 blocks or so away;

Not too many, the area around my neighborhood has yet to really

develop into a neighborhood. You have to travel a few blocks to get

to most things.

$5,000 total (I pay $1450). Only utilities included are water. We

pay for electricity (heat, as well) and cable. Electricity runs less

than $200 a month, average $145.

 

oIs there entertainment nearby? Where do you like to go?

I have to travel down to the West 96th street area for entertainment.

 

oIs there a grocery store nearby? Walking distance/Bus/Subway?

A cheap pretty large (compared to corner stores) grocery store two

blocks away and on same cross street.

 

oHow long does it take for you to get to the NYU campus?

Roughly 40 minutes.

 

oAre you near public transportation?

Yes, the 2/3 subway line.

 

oAre you satisfied with your current living situation? [Rating scale

1 to 5]

3.5 (with 5 being the best)

 

oIf you could change anything, what would you do?

Better transportation options (it's hard to travel to the Upper East

side).
