the real reason numbers are special & other "false addition" theories purported on a daily basis, scott richard (2007)

one + one = two

this is a completely abstract idea which is oddly SUPER real to people. like dinosaur tales that reveal creatures that literally would be incapable of feeding or protecting themselves if they weren't literally fictitious creations in the first place.

but the cool thing about abstraction and numbers is that you can pretend that two things which occupy separate illusions within "space" and "time" (two other completely abstract ideas we've generated from our human experience) are actually just one in the same and interchangeable as a variable, not an actuality.

after enough time passes, people forget about our contract with the illusion. it becomes real. kids see the endless parade of dinosaurs, a laughable grouping of misformed imagination rekindled in the minds of people from the 1700s and supported by the fossil study lies.

seriously, these are people that will tell you that there was at one time a ginormous shark but it's based on a 7 inch "tooth" they might've found. you know, that 55 foot shark was just cruising around trying to feed itself on something else. but i guess most of them eventually just died and went to mormon heaven where they now rule the ocean waters of their own private planet kingdom.
