Old Barn Sunset

Newer Older

This one's for Pastor Rick.

Many of you who follow his photo stream may not know that my wife and I now live just outside of the town of Cando, North Dakota where Rick is the Pastor of the Methodist Church. He has been here a few years by now and in his travels with Stumpy Jack has photographed many of the same old places that I am now finding so intriguing.

I posted a shot of this barn earlier this week titled 'Cold and Lonely'. This one is in better light, but since I'll be working across from this barn for a while I'm sure you will be seeing it again.

The light is very special. It looks like alpineglow on the barn roof.
