Down The Shoot
It really looks the best in a large view here; www.flickr.com/photos/31672646@N08/5088647070/sizes/l/in/...
I spent the day shooting with my flickr buddy Cliff Zener. We were in search of some fall colors and were really pretty dissapointed in the show, or should I say, "no show" or very little show. The best color we saw was in the higher elevations along side the road. Now only if there would have been a lovely waterfall or something next to it we would have been set. This year is really poor for color here in this part of Oregon, but we had a great time anyway.
This is a shot along the Oak Grove Fork of the Clackamas River. I kind of liked this comp looking "Down the Shoot"
If you haven't looked at Cliff's creek and waterfall work, do yourself a favor and have a wade through, you wil be glad you did, He's not only a damn good creek photographer, he's a damn fine guy as well. Here's a link to Cliff's stream; www.flickr.com/photos/cliffzener/
