This is "Bayards Cove" in Dartmouth, England. When the Mayflower & Speedwell left Plymouth, they needed to dock here to make repairs to the Speedwell which was taking on water. This is the exact spot the Mayflower was tied up in the year 1620 prior to her voyage to America. Dartmouth was by far my favorite town in this part of the country. There are many buildings from the Tudor era and one of our highlights was sitting in a pub that dates back to 1380, having a few really good English Ales that were hand pumped right from the cask.

Note; This is where I shot the colourful buildings of Kingswear from in my previous post.
