Green Chile Cheeseburger 1

Green Chile Cheeseburger. Made with dried, crushed green chile (from Chimayo, NM), cumin, and a pinch of sage mixed and then worked into each patty. Grill, add cheese. Bun faces are dipped in garlic butter and then toasted on the grill.

 

Slather green chile over the top and they're ready for eating. Eat as they are, but if you must add a condiment, a trace of yellow mustard is good. But try them plain first.
