Now this could not be more perfect!!!! Stunning shot Kurt, love all the different positions the wings are in, the guys coat flapping just makes this scene amazing. Perfect tones too, you have such a great eye. Outstanding man, just outstanding

Wow Kurt this is one of your really classic street observations, so perfect. I guess you are referring to the Donovan tune that is wonderful. Actually there were a US band Drivin'n'Cryin' that had a song of that title, very nice - crappy bootleg version here

wonderful catch, Kurt! the bokeh is really great and helps focusing on the man and the birds

Always amazed at the beautiful tones and clarity of your candid b&w's! Can't help but notice how the birds and the wind-blown coat form a C!

(Just thought I would mention this...I have never had a pelican steal my lunch, but those seagulls... well, they are like stealth bombers!)

Oh wow I love this. I never see doves.. they are so pretty. I love the doves of course, but what really sticks out to me is the part of his flannel that is billowing out.
      Great job dude!

    15. lauriemonica 42 months ago | reply

      Or maybe their just seagulls.
I like doves better.. so I'll just keep it that way.

Vivienne can make fun of me for my lack of bird knowledge. ;-)

WHOA! Very cool shot - love the motion! Those birds look a bit intimidating to me though. I would have run away. HAHAHHA!

    19. idashum 42 months ago | reply

I would have thought this was a scene out of birds... only they're white... so they must be good... right?? what happens to the man?? Ok... it's too dark out. I'll never leave my office if I freak myself out!
