The South Oak Creek facility consists of (4) retired units, (4) coal-fired units totalling ~ 1,200 MW, and (1) gas-fired 18 MW unit. Two new coal-fired units totalling 1,230 MW were completed in 2011 and are located ~ 1/2 mile north.
