Mt Van Hoevenberg Outcropping

On the summit of Mt Van Hoevenberg are many rock outcroppings that provide incredible views of the Great and McIntyre Ranges. This particular outcrop was a view in itself, and I couldn't resist getting of photo of it with the sun poking through the trees.

For this shot, I decided to spool up a roll of Kodak Ektar 100. I haven't used it in awhile, and probably needed the extra dynamic range.

Taken with a Mamiya 645, 35mm lens, 0.6 Hitech GND, scanned with Epson V500 and PP'd in GIMP
