Arisarum Vulgare or Friar's Cowl

An unusual small flowering plant in the Palmerston North esplanade gardens - I couldn't find this exact flower on the google, but similar seemed to indicate it may be a striped cobra lily of some sort - which seems to fit the look of them!

ADDITION: A big thank you to my Flickr consultant botanist Petera3015 who once again has identified its true identity as Arisarum Vulgare or its common name 'Friar's Cowl'

This group seemed to be in some sort of earnest conversation together!
