Central Yokohama

Yokohama (横浜) is Japan's second largest city with a population of over three million. Yokohama is located less than half an hour south of Tokyo by train.

  

Left building: The Landmark Tower - Japan's tallest building at 296.3 meters

 

Centre: The Cosmo Clock 21 is a giant Ferris wheel and it is also the world's largest clock. It has 60 "spokes" and 60 passenger cars. - see photo below

 

Right Building: The sail-like InterContinental Hotel Grand.

 

Foreground: pleasant waterfront known as Minato Mirai 21 Shinko.
