Cheesecakes...
They were meant to be glazed on top, but as you can see they filled the
cups and there's no way I can top that up with a runny glaze. Also
there was too much cheese. I think I need to buy some deeper patty
pans, because having too much batter for one run is becoming a common
thing from this book.
