Day 184/365

    Prev Next

Took a ride yesterday with my husband and his Aunt to a cute little town by the Hudson River in NY. I had seen photos of this gas pump on the town's website and have always wanted to photograph it. They were both chuckling when I asked the waitress in town if she knew of an old gas pump in town. At first two waitresses said they had no idea but then when I asked about old gas stations it jogged their memory and one girl thought she may know where one was. It's funny, in such a small town and she did know of it. Obviously not as big a deal to them as it was to me. I was so pleased when I turned the corner and saw it standing there.
