I acquired my Ouya from a kickstarter backer. The original controller had
some issues with the analog trigger getting stuck, as well as the face
buttons would also sometimes stick. I used a dremel drill to perform the
operations. This mod involved widening the button holes on the aluminum
faceplate as well as removing the plastic tabs from the digital buttons,
gringing down the edge of the controller bottom, and lubricating the
sliding mechanism with a plastic safe lubricant. I used Dupont Silicone w/
Teflon (spray can) available at Lowes. CRC Silicone from Home Depot or
Walmart will also work. Silicone spray is generally safe for plastics.
Never use WD-40.
