Pallid Harrier( Circus macrourus ), male, 27.4.2010, Tornio.
A very skillful flier, flies sometimes light as a tern and sometimes fast like an arrow...
I`ve seen male Pallid Harriers now in many spring. It`s not common, but maybe I just have had luck.
