Mini Pumpkin Pies
I have wanted to make these mini pumpkin pies since I saw them on Bakerella's site earlier this month. Since my daughter is sick for Halloween, we are having an indoor Halloween (i.e. not playing with friends in our cool costume or doing other fun Halloween things). Instead, I decided to bake Halloween type food. After decontaminating the little monster, she helped by cutting out the pumpkin pie crusts with the cookie cutter. These are really good.
