Panko Chicken Bento (made by my sister)

My sister made this bento for herself, with the use of pre-made frozen items in The Stash.

The tofu bear on the rice is firm tofu that was sliced into pieces and cut using a cookie cutter before being fried. After I fried it, I froze the shapes up and they are available for defrosting when needed.

The spinach omelette is basically a beated egg that, while being fried, has defrosted (microwaved) spinach placed on top and rolled into a tube when cooked before being cut up into pieces.

Over the weekend I had a bunch of chicken thighs to get rid of and merely cut them into pieces, coated them in cornstarch, then a beaten egg, then pank bread crumbs. I froze raw them on a cookie sheet covered in cling film and stuck them into a container once frozen for my own "frozen fried chicken."
