My first night of cooking "gourmet" campfood. On the menu, grilled salmon. mmmm, tasty.
Marinade salmon for 30 mins. in 1/4c soy sauce, 1/4c white wine, garlic, and brown sugar.
Grill until it flakes. (I like to use tin foil b/c it's quick to clean up and recyclable.)
