The Legg House, built in 1899, at 1245 Harwood Street, one of three remaining large homes in Vancouver's West End, once filled with homes such as this.

This property is threatened, with the most recent updated redevelopment application (October 2011) calling for the demolition of the 112-year old house, construction of a 17-storey tower, and retention of the tulip tree (without protection).

It looked much nicer before the additions.

The previous proposal would've seen the house fully restored back to it's original configuration.
