french cut romano beans, olive tapenade

One of my favorite summer treats - thin sliced (French cut) pole beans, tossed with a loose olive tapenade, and served cold.

 

A shot I took for an upcoming piece I am writing about food photography using a compact camera (this one is shot with an SLR however)
